About me
Hi, I’m Laura, founder of The Dizzy Physio. I provide home-visits for vestibular rehabilitation, helping people regain balance, reduce dizziness, and feel more confident in their daily lives. I know how difficult it can be for people — especially older adults or those with other health conditions to attend a clinic. That’s why I bring expert care straight to your door.

I started my career overseas at Singapore General Hospital, and since returning to the UK, I’ve worked in private hospitals, the NHS and private clinics, gaining extensive experience in elderly rehabilitation, urgent care, orthopaedics, post-surgical rehabilitation and falls prevention.

I hold a BSc in Sports Science from the University of Central Lancashire (2006) and an MSc in Physiotherapy from Southampton University (2010). For the past 10 years, I have specialised in vestibular rehabilitation, combining clinical expertise with a genuine passion for helping people feel steadier and safer. In 2024, I further consolidated my knowledge by completing a Level 7 Module in the Management of Dizziness and Balance Disorders in Adults.

I started The Dizzy Physio to combine my experience as a community physiotherapist, my skills in urgent care, and my love for vestibular rehabilitation. My goal is simple: to provide personalised, practical care at home, helping you regain balance, confidence, and independence.

I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and I am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists Interested in Vestibular Rehabilitation (ACPIVR).
